Q. I haven`t received an e-mail related to the eSIM QR code.


A. 


1) Our head office is located in Seoul.


And in working time(9AM~6PM; GMT +09:00), it does not take long to send the email that contains QR code.


But in other time especially in weekend or holiday, it can takes some time to send the email.


Please be patient to get it.


2) Please check agian to see if the e-mail you wrote is correct.


also, please check the spam mail box.


3) Feel free to ask us through Facebook messenger in krsim.net about your order with your order number.
